REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 6 days from the date of purchase or within 4 days after delivery. After that, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Store credit account or Bank account.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, email us within 3 hours, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-4 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancellation is not applicable after shipment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case of replacement only upto 100/- shipping charges will be refunded {with recipe}
no refund of shipping charges in case of lost or no recipe.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at comicdojohelp@gmail.com and send your item to: RAM NAGAR Ward no.10 HS. 118 pin 177001 (nirmal vatika) india. {ship products within 2 working days after submitting return/replacement request} or your replacement will be automatically canceled.
How to ship your order.
- Return your product in its original condition to avoid rejection of the replacement request.
- Ensure the product is free from wear and tear, dust, or stains, as these may result in cancellation of your replacement request.
- If your replacement request is rejected, your product will be shipped back to you.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rupee 1000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
